Cotta Vineyard Management and Consulting (CVMC) provides services to coordinate all facets of vineyard management, from spray management, pruning and harvesting to general day-to-day operational tasks.
Specific instructions are set and given to personnel prior to commencement of a task so that all tasks are performed to industry standards and individual client requests.
